Your Showcase is considered public information and as such is viewable by visitors.

Visitors can view the items in your Widgetized showcase and your friend's items.

The prices of products in your showcase are based upon the information you provided. Actual price when purchasing an item may be different from the price indicated. DoTogether is solely responsible for the presentation and management of your information.

About your Comissions: Only merchants from within the DoTogether network are qualified for commission earnings. The commission reporting is done by the Merchants and their third-party providers such as LinkShare, Commission Junction, Performics etc. At this time, there is no accurate way to determine the exact commission rates you will receive from participating merchants. The commission percentages usually vary between 1%-10%. They also vary by product type. Hence DoTogether does not gaurantee the exact commission rate.
Commission payments are tracked by Affiliate Networks. DoTogether has no control over that. In a Affiliate marketing type model, lost commissions due to link tracking issues is a known problem. There is not much that can be done in the event of link tracking failure. DoTogether will not be held liable. On our part, we will try to minimize such occurrence. DoTogether reserves the right to withhold payments in case of dispute. Some payments will be made in the form of Amazon.com Gift Certificates. International payments will be made only via Paypal.

DoTogether Fees: DoTogether is currently offered at no cost to you.
However based on our financial viability, we may institute fees for some of the features. Fees could be in the form of portion of the commissions earned by your showcase or membership fees.
DoTogether reserves the right to determine the fee structure and features as deemed appropriate for the operation of this service.

You are allowing DoTogether to fetch your photos from your Facebook account in order to let you create your personal photo cards. We do not use your photos for any other purpose. Please note that your photos will become viewable in your DoTogether Showcase in order for the PhotoCard function to work. After you have created a PhotoCard, you have the option to put them in a Private category.

User bears all responsibility for any software downloaded from this site.

DoTogether shall not be held liable for computer problems related to software downloaded from this site. Problems include installation, uninstallation, conflict with other software etc.

For its part, DoTogether assures that the software will work with the DoTogether service as stated.

Images, articles and videos on the web are often subject to copyrights by the creators of those objects. If possible, please try to obtain copyright permission from the creators before promoting their content. We are required to take down copyrighted material upon requests by the creator without prior notice to you.

MERCHANT INACTIVATION

Our partner merchants often terminate their partnership with us or discontinue their affiliate revenue sharing program. In such event all existing links to that merchant products may fail. DoTogether cannot be held liable for lost commissions when that happens. We will notify you when that happens. As a showcase operator you must keep your products up to date.

Limitation of Liability Statement

The showcase that appear in the Service are created by automated machinery and computers, and DoTogether cannot and does not screen the source sites or content before including them in our lists. A showcase may provide links to sites and/or content that some people find objectionable, inappropriate, or offensive. We cannot guarantee that a showcase will not display unintended or objectionable content and assume no responsibility for the content of any site included in our showcase or otherwise linked to by DoTogether. Please notify us about such incidences and we will take down inappropriate content.

Only adults who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law can actively participate in the activities conducted through this Web site. Children can use this service under a parent's account with their supervision. (Over 18yrs of age)

This service shall not be used in any way such that it harms the good will of DoTogether in the marketplace.

Graphics, texts uploaded as part of the registry setup should not be offensive to general DoTogether community. In particular, setting up of pornographic images is considered violation of the Terms and Conditions of using the service. All such offensive material will be removed without prior notice.

Attempts to hack the system to uncover secure information is prohibited and considered unlawful.

In the event of an unresolved dispute, DoTogether shall not be held financially liable for any direct or indirect losses.

All disputes must be first considered for mutual resolution between DoTogether proprietors and disputing party before approaching Court of Law.

Commissions due to sales resulting from your Showcase are paid out in 60 days after the sale was reported to us by the merchants.

DoTogether does not have the ability to determine your commissions and cannot gaurantee commission earnings. If you do think a sale was not reported please contact DoTogether support (support@DoTogether.com) with the details. We will try to track the sale with our merchant partners. However, the outcome of this process is not gauranteed to be favorable to the user in every case.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer,and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. DoTogether.com services are not available to children. If you are under 18, you may use DoTogether.com only under the supervision of a parent or guardian. DoTogether.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit catalogs at its sole discretion.
